How do I choose the right hanging method?
We have yet to meet a cab that we could not hang our pads in. Call our customer service representatives and they will quickly identify the best system for your particular cab.

How long will it take to get my pads?
We ship out most orders in 2-3 days. We do offer expedited shipments for emergency orders. Call us for details.

Should we get Palmtuff Vinyl Pads, Deluxe Pads or Canvas Pads?
It all depends on the type of use your cab gets and what type of environment the cab is used in. Our standard Palmtuff Vinyl pads will work for most customers but our Canvas or Deluxe pads offer extra protection for those cabs moving furniture or supplies on a continuous basis. Our Canvas pads also offer a “richer” looking pad for designer cabs.

How do I measure for grommet locations on my pads if my cab already has studs in it?
Our Adapt-A-Clamps eliminate the need for grommets and allow you the option of reversing the pads when needed and using the same pads in more than one elevator. For those customers who would prefer to have grommets, follow the measuring directions below.

Beginning from left to right, measure from the corner of the first wall to the center of the first wall stud. Continue by measuring center to center for each stud all the way to the right side of that wall. When added up, your measurements should equal the total width of that wall. Repeat for each pad needed.
